At Jaspy's Case Breaks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
